RioEvent event PSD template

RioEvent is a package of four template variations crafted by UISumo team. The templates are specially designed to be used for events, speakers, and exhibition business. Enjoy!
The hero section of RioEvent tells you exactly what this template is built for. A dark, almost charcoal background with a warm brownish glow sits behind a bold headline, a scripted logotype, and a registration form that floats on a clean white card. That contrast between moody dark space and a crisp white sign-up panel is the visual trick that makes this event PSD template work so well: the form becomes impossible to miss.
Below the fold, the mood shifts entirely. A flat green band takes over, broken up into three columns with circular icon badges for location, date, and speakers.
That green is the same shade used on the register button up top, so the page reads as one connected system even though the background color changes completely between sections.
Where This Template Fits
This layout is built specifically for event landing pages: conferences, summits, workshops, expos, and speaker-driven gatherings.
The headline treatment, “GET READY FOR EVENT,” paired with a date range and location, makes it a natural fit for countdown-style promo pages where the goal is to drive registrations before a fixed date.
The dedicated form with fields for full name, email, phone number, and a plan selector suggests it was designed with ticketed or tiered events in mind, things like conference passes, workshop seats, or membership plans rather than simple RSVP pages.
The three-column info strip with location, date, and speaker count is also a strong signal for its use case.
It’s the kind of quick-scan summary attendees look for before they commit to filling out a form, so this template suits any event that wants to lead with credibility markers like speaker lineups or venue details.
Working With the Layout
Because the design leans on just two dominant colors, dark brown-black and green, it’s straightforward to reskin for a different event brand.
Swapping the accent green for your own brand color across the button, icon badges, and form accent line will shift the entire personality of the page without touching the layout.
The scripted logotype at the top is easy to replace with your own event name or client logo, and because it sits on a plain dark background, most typefaces or logo marks will sit comfortably in that spot.
When editing the copy, keep the hierarchy intact: a short punchy headline, a bracketed date and location line, and a brief supporting paragraph.
That structure is doing real work here, giving visitors the essential facts in seconds before they ever scroll to the icon strip below.
If you’re populating the registration form for a live project, treat the “Select Plan” dropdown as a placeholder for your actual ticket tiers or session types, since that field is what turns this from a generic contact form into an event-specific signup flow.
The circular icons in the green section are simple line-style marks on flat backgrounds, so they’re easy to recolor or swap for alternate icon sets if you need to represent different details, like sponsors, agenda tracks, or ticket pricing instead of location and speakers.
Because the overall template is built around a single hero and one supporting content band, it pairs naturally with additional sections you might design separately, such as a speaker grid, an agenda timeline, or a sponsor logo row, all of which can borrow the same green-and-dark color pairing to stay visually consistent with this landing page.
