Artfolio Free Newsletter Template

Artfolio is a free newsletter template suitable for ecommerce websites, but it can be easily repurposed to fit your needs.

Artfolio reads like a newsletter built for a brand with a creative streak rather than a generic online store.

The purple header block with the bold wordmark sets a confident, art-gallery tone right away, and that energy continues into the hero banner, where a vivid street mural photo anchors the promotional message.

Against that colorful backdrop, the layout keeps everything else disciplined: clean white space, a serif headline for the discount offer, small sans-serif body copy, and a single mint green call-to-action button that pulls the eye straight to it.

Below the hero, the product grid shifts into a tighter, more commercial rhythm. Square photos of coffee, a mango drink, a lounge chair, stationery, a notebook, and business card packaging sit in evenly spaced columns with product names and prices underneath, the way a boutique shop email would present a curated drop.

That contrast between the expressive top section and the orderly grid below is really what makes this template work. It gives you room to tell a brand story visually while still functioning as a real sales tool.

Where Artfolio Works Best

This template suits any ecommerce newsletter that sells design-adjacent or lifestyle goods: home decor, stationery, coffee and beverage brands, print shops, or small creative studios launching a product line.

The mural imagery and purple accent color also make it a natural fit for art supply stores, print-on-demand shops, or a portfolio-driven brand announcing a collaboration, sale, or seasonal drop.

If you run a subscription box, a curated marketplace, or a maker shop that wants its emails to feel more like a magazine spread than a plain promo blast, this layout gives you that starting point without extra work.

It’s equally usable for a one-off campaign email, like a discount announcement or a new collection reveal, since the hero section is built specifically for that kind of message.

  • Product launch or restock announcements for design-led shops
  • Seasonal sales and first-purchase discount campaigns
  • Collaboration or guest-artist features, similar to the “Eloise” callout in the preview
  • Weekly or biweekly digest emails for stores with a rotating product catalog

Editing it for your own brand is straightforward. Start by swapping the wordmark in the purple header for your own logo, keeping the color block if it suits your palette or replacing it with your brand’s primary color.

Update the hero photo with an image that matches your product story, whether that’s a lifestyle shot, a texture, or artwork like the mural used here, then rewrite the headline and supporting line to match your offer.

In the product grid, replace each thumbnail with your own square product photography, keeping the consistent aspect ratio so the columns stay aligned, and update the names and prices to match your catalog.

The call-to-action button color is worth treating as a brand accent. Since it already contrasts nicely against both the purple and the white background, matching it to your own accent color will keep the same visual pop.

Pair this template with matching social icons in the footer, as shown with the Twitter and Instagram marks on the purple bar, to keep subscribers connected across channels.

If you’re building out a full campaign, consider designing a companion landing page or product page with the same purple and mint palette so the experience feels continuous from inbox to checkout.
