CreateLink – Dashboard Template

CreateLink is a clean dashboard template suitable for an URL shortener and link management platform. Designed and shared by Srinivas Dhotre.
Happy downloading!
Look closely at the layout and you can see how deliberately it separates the three jobs a link management dashboard has to do at once: list the links, summarize the numbers, and chart the behavior over time.
The left column is a simple running feed of created links, each with a shortened URL, a copy icon, and a click count sitting quietly underneath.
The middle column condenses that same data into three glanceable stats: total clicks, top location, and average time spent, each paired with a small icon so the eye can scan them without reading a single label.
The right column carries the analytical weight with a bar chart for click volume across a date range and a wave-like line chart below it for time-of-day activity on a single link, complete with a hover tooltip showing an exact value at an exact hour.
Visually, this is a soft, approachable take on SaaS dashboard design rather than a dense, data-heavy one.
The palette leans on a bright blue and teal against white cards and pale gray backgrounds, with the diagonal purple-to-blue gradient panel behind the interface doing double duty as a hero background and a brand color statement.
Corners are rounded throughout, shadows are light, and the typography stays small and quiet so the charts and numbers carry the visual interest instead of heavy text.
That combination makes it feel friendly and modern rather than corporate or clinical, which is exactly the tone most link-in-bio tools, marketing platforms, and analytics products are going for.
Where This Template Fits
The obvious use case is a URL shortener product page or app screen, since the interface is literally built around shortening, sharing, and copying links.
But the underlying pattern, a sidebar list plus stat cards plus charts, works for almost any tool that tracks activity over time.
- Marketing and campaign tracking dashboards
- Referral or affiliate link programs
- Newsletter or landing page analytics tools
- QR code or short-link generators
- Any SaaS product page that needs a realistic app screenshot for its hero section
It also works well as a case study piece for a portfolio, since the layout already demonstrates data hierarchy, empty-state thinking, and interaction details like the notification badge and user profile dropdown in the top bar.
Customizing It For Your Own Product
Because the structure is modular, editing it mostly means swapping content rather than rebuilding layout.
Start with the top navigation bar: replace the CreateLink wordmark and icon with your own logo, and update the search bar placeholder text to match your product’s terminology.
Next, work through the link list on the left.
Swap in your own sample URLs, dates, and click counts, keeping the same short, scannable line pattern so the list still reads cleanly at a glance.
The stat cards in the middle are the easiest win for rebranding: change the icon colors to your accent palette, update the metric labels if your product tracks different numbers, like signups or downloads instead of location and time spent, and keep the bold number treatment since that’s what makes the panel scannable.
For the charts, keep the bar and line combination if you want to show both a comparative view and a trend view side by side.
If your product only needs one chart type, you can stretch either panel to fill the space and add a legend or filter dropdown to match the “OCT – SEP” and “Filter by Time” controls already in place.
When it comes to color, the blue and teal pairing is easy to swap for a single brand hue if you want more restraint, or you can push the gradient background further if your product leans playful.
Either way, keep contrast high between chart data and the card background so the numbers stay legible at a glance, which is the whole point of a dashboard like this.
