Devio free PSD template

Devio is a one-page material design template created by Claudio Fresta, ideal for portfolio and presentation/showcase. Clean professional-looking minimalistic design.
The strength of Devio is in how confidently it commits to a single accent color. That deep violet-purple isn’t just a background choice, it becomes the entire personality of the page: the flat square decorations floating in the corners, the hero panel, the social icons rendered as simple line badges. Against that saturated purple, the white sans-serif headline “DEVIO JACOB PASQUAL” reads with real authority, and the lighter-weight subhead beneath it keeps the hierarchy obvious at a glance. This is material design in the literal sense, flat planes, soft geometric shapes, no gradients or drop shadows fighting for attention.
What makes the layout work for a developer or freelancer’s homepage is the restraint. There’s a name, a role, a short list of specialties separated by bullet points rather than boxes or tags, a row of social icons, and a tight paragraph of bio copy. Nothing is cramped, nothing is oversold. Then the page breaks cleanly into a white portfolio section below, with a centered “Portfolio” label and a phone mockup easing into view. That transition from saturated color block to bright white canvas gives the page a natural two-act rhythm: introduce the person, then show the work.
Who This Layout Suits
Devio was clearly built with an app developer in mind, but the structure translates well beyond that niche. It suits:
- Freelance developers, designers, or agencies who want a single-page bio-plus-portfolio site
- Mobile app studios showcasing a handful of projects with device mockups
- Personal branding pages where a short intro and social links matter more than a long resume
- Case study landing pages that need one strong hero moment before diving into visuals
Because the hero section is so text-light, it also works well as a template for a speaker page, a consultant’s intro, or anyone who wants their name and title to carry more visual weight than a paragraph of credentials.
If you’re adapting this for your own use, the purple is easy to swap out without disturbing the layout. Since the color lives mostly in flat shapes and a solid background panel, changing it to your own brand color, a navy, forest green, or even a warm terracotta, will carry the same clean effect. Keep the white typography and icon work as-is against whatever hue you choose, since the contrast is what makes the hero legible. The floating square shapes in the corners are a nice subtle texture detail; resize or reposition them rather than deleting them entirely, since they keep the flat background from feeling empty.
When filling in your own copy, match the existing rhythm: a short name-and-role headline, a one-line tagline, then a compact bio paragraph capped at a few sentences. Resist the urge to lengthen the bio much further, since the design’s appeal comes from that generous whitespace around a small block of text. For the portfolio section, the included phone mockup suggests this template is happiest showing app screens or mobile-first work; swapping in your own screenshots at the same angle and scale will keep the presentation consistent. Pair the page with a simple sans-serif for any additional content you add, ideally the same family already used in the headline, so the typographic voice doesn’t fracture between sections.
