Disease Finder is a free application UI designed and shared by Patryk Pustół. The package contains multiple screens:

Look closely at the six screens and a clear travel-health narrative emerges. This is a location-based health app UI built around one simple question: what diseases should I worry about in this place?
The login screen sets a calm, trustworthy tone with a soft blue-to-teal gradient button, a simple pin icon, and generous white space. From there the flow moves into a places browser with editorial-style photo cards for cities like Havana and Kuala Lumpur, then into a live map view where colored pin clusters mark disease density around a searched location.
The palette stays consistent throughout: pale blues and teals for trust and calm, warm coral and pink dots on the map to flag risk without feeling alarmist, and soft yellow stars for favorited destinations. Typography is clean and rounded, cards have gentle shadows and rounded corners, and every screen keeps a lot of breathing room, which keeps a data-heavy concept from feeling clinical or overwhelming.
This kit is a strong reference for anyone designing in the travel, health tech, or civic-data space. It works especially well as a starting point for:
- travel health or vaccination advisory apps
- epidemiology or outbreak-tracking dashboards adapted for mobile

Studying the Map and Data Screens
Notice how the disease markers are layered directly on top of a real-looking city map, with a card sliding up from the bottom to surface the specific disease name, a danger label, and quick action icons.
That bottom sheet pattern, map behind, contextual card in front, is worth studying even outside a health context. It transfers directly to weather apps, real estate listings, restaurant finders, or any product where users need to glance at a map and then drill into detail without leaving the screen.
The line graph screen, showing “reports per month” as a soft yellow trend line, is another reusable piece. It shows how to present a single time-series metric cleanly, paired with the same disease tag chips used elsewhere, so the whole kit feels like one connected system rather than disconnected screens.
If you plan to adapt this UI for your own project, start by treating the color-coding as a system rather than decoration. The coral pins signal risk, the blue elements signal navigation and location, and yellow stars signal saved or favorited content.
Keep that logic consistent if you swap in new categories or data types, since it is what makes the map instantly readable at a glance. When you rename screens or change the subject matter, for instance turning “diseases” into “safety incidents” or “air quality,” keep the same three-part rhythm of photo card, list with avatars, and map with a sliding detail panel.
That structure is flexible enough to carry almost any location-driven dataset.
For the profile and search screens, the avatar-plus-location-name list pattern is easy to restyle. You can swap the rounded profile photos for icons, adjust the corner radius on cards to match your brand, or change the accent gradient on the login button while keeping the same generous padding and soft shadow treatment that gives the whole kit its friendly, approachable feel.
Pair these screens with a simple icon set for medical or travel categories, a legible geometric sans for any expanded content, and real or placeholder map tiles that match the muted, desaturated style already used here, so any new screens you design blend in rather than standing apart.
